The link below is to a bunch of the most beautifully drawn LOTRO maps I have ever seen!!!
They include area maps of the Barrow Downs, Old Forest and Agamaur plus a couple of instance ones - the Great Barrow and the fearsome Garth Agarwen

Sadly they seemed to stop after the low lands - a great shame 
Even if you don't need to go to the locations, they're worth a look.
